Calling the Beloved | A Traditional Love Drawing Ritual

This ritual is a traditional spiritual practice that was gifted to me through mentorship, rooted in ancestral wisdom and lived ceremonial lineage.

It was shared with me by my mentor, Sobonfu Somé, of Burkina Faso, whose life’s work centered around community, ceremony, and the sacred remembrance of love, belonging, and self-union.

This offering is shared with deep respect for its origins. It is not presented as my authorship, but as a lineage-held ritual that I have been entrusted to carry, practice, and pass on with care.

The Calling the Beloved ritual is traditionally used to:

• Strengthen self-union and inner harmony
• Reconnect with ancestral and spiritual guidance
